This week, we’re excited to introduce Lilac & Gray, a local Whatnot business owned by Kelsie Noelle Phillips!
Sometimes a small business starts with a simple idea—and turns into something that connects you with people right in your own hometown.
For Kelsie, that journey began on November 7, 2025, when she hosted her very first Whatnot show.
Today, Lilac & Gray specializes in selling beauty products and beaded items, with a focus on bringing customers high-end, authentic brands at prices below retail.

What makes Lilac & Gray special isn’t just the products or the deals—it’s the opportunity to bring those deals to people right here in the Marion community.
Kelsie shared that one of her favorite parts of running her business is knowing she’s able to give people in her hometown great deals.
And there’s another little piece of her business that she gets to see in everyday life.
She also makes and sells box cutters, and knowing that people are actually using them in their own businesses and daily lives is something she really enjoys.
For Kelsie, it’s about more than making a sale. It’s about knowing that something she offers is finding its way into the hands of people in her own community.
As a newer entrepreneur, Kelsie’s story is a great reminder that small businesses don’t always begin with a storefront.
Sometimes they begin with a phone, a product, a live show, and the courage to hit “Go Live.” 🎥
And from that first show in November 2025, Lilac & Gray continues to grow.
